PURPOSE CAN BE INHERITED (PODCAST)

Making impact or fulfilling purpose does not have to always be in a dream or establishment originated by you. While some people are starters or originators of dreams, others are great contributors and ‘sustainers’ of existing dreams.

Purpose is not about who initiated the dream but about the value we bring in and the impact we make through the dream, so why struggle to initiate or start your own thing when you can simply plug into other people’s dreams and still fulfil your purpose if that  is what your are called to do?

Today’s podcast takes a look at Purpose from a unique perspective; it considers how some people can plug themselves into others’ dreams and without starting their own thing and still fulfil purpose. It’s all about contribution and finding your place!

In this podcast, you will learn that:

Your purpose is connected to others.
The value of finding who you need to connect to fulfil your own purpose.
Adding value is the only proof that you are fulfilling purpose, even when you are not the
originator of the dream
As a visionary or CEO, you should allow others to take the lead in areas they are more
competent than you so you all can grow.
Meaningful contribution and making impact is the key to fulfilling your purpose within other
people’s dreams.
That inheritance doesn’t only happen at a death, sometimes it happens because someone else is matured enough to handle the responsibility.

I know this may sound contradictory however, if you take the time to listen you will definitely be glad you did.

  1. Thank you so much for this clarification. It is true many of us have been striving hard to be innovators of our own “purposes”and as a result we have ended up being frustrated. Thank you once again and may God bless you.
